When the conference call is reserved, a list of participants’ names and telephone numbers will be given to the Conference Coordinator. The Coordinator then dials out to the chairperson and/or moderator, reviews the special instructions, and places the person(s) into the conference call. All other participants have been dialed out to as well and are waiting on hold until the chairperson/moderator is ready to proceed.
